In 2011, 55% of the individuals that contacted SNIP could not afford the SNIP low spay neuter prices to fix their animals and needed financial assistance. The need is even greater this year. Please plan to attend this fun event where your money goes such a long way to help solve the pet over population problem, and you get to have a doggone fun time.
